Services are offered in 30 minute, 60 minute and 90 minute sessions unless otherwise indicated and will be given in a quiet, private and comfortable room located in a professional environment. You will receive your massage while enjoying the sounds of soothing music and running water fountain on the comfort of a heated and padded table. Top quality lotions, oils, creams and gels are used to enhance each session and upon request aroma oils, creams and gels may be incorporated.
Reflexology may be added to any massage session to further bring balance to the body, mind and spirit.
SWEDISH MASSAGE
Swedish massage is a gentle massage designed to relax the nervous system. Using a light stroking touch to promote a soothing, peaceful and restful massage. Perfect for the elderly, young children and pregnant women. This type of massage is intended for complete relaxation.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Therapeutic massage uses many different techniques to improve circulation and enhance fluid movement of the lymphatic system. Removes toxins and metabolic waste products which in turn eases aching muscles and releases tension and stress.

HOT STONE THERAPY
Warmed stones are placed on the parts of your body that tend to hold tension and stress while helping to relax the body and mind. Therapeutic or deep tissue techniques can then be applied to the heated muscles.
This type of massage is especially helpful for someone suffering from fibromyalgia or arthritis.

TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
A trigger point is a hyper-irritable spot that is painful when compressed. There are two kinds of trigger points, active and latent. Active trigger points refer pain to another area of the body. Latent trigger points only exhibit pain when compressed and do not refer pain. Both types of trigger points indicate dysfunction. Ischemic compression and deep tissue massage are used to deactivate the trigger points.

AROMATHERAPY
Aromatherapy is defined as the physiological and psychological response of the body to the absorption, via the skin, digestion, or lungs, of essential oils and the use of pure essential oils for supporting the healing of the mind and body.
Essential oil is defined as a concentrated and medicinal aromatic substance derived from the distillation of aromatic plants. Essential oils are naturally found in specialized glands within the tissues of aromatic plants, and are used by the plant for immunity and chemical communication with other plants.
Aromatherapy relaxes muscles, reduces stress, hormone levels, normalizes heart rate and breathing, quiets the mind, reduces anxiety and soothes emotions.
Peppermint - Used for colds, flu, decongestant; helps with concentration, memory fatigue, headache; assists with indigestion, heartburn, irritable bowel syndrome, nausea; good for pain relief & muscle aches and pains. Peppermint stimulates and awakens the mind and refreshes the spirit.
Lavender - Used for muscle spasms, inflammation, arthritic pain, strains and sprains. Helps with insomnia, hypertension, anxiety, irritability, frustration and anger. Lavender is balancing & calming to the nervous system.
Rosemary - Used for lymphatic congestion, asthma, bronchitis, colds, cough and flu. Helps with headache, memory loss, mental fatigue and lethargy. Good for arthritis, poor circulation and muscle soreness. Rosemary promotes mental clarity and clears the mind of doubt and confusion.
Ambiance - A fine blend of geranium and ylang ylang. Geranium is a lymphatic stimulant and aids in balancing hormones (PMS, Menopause). Good for bruises, eczema and wounds. Geranium is useful in cases of nervous tension, stress, anxiety and depression. Ylang Ylang is used as an aphrodisiac. Helps with anger, hypertension, anxiety, stress, panic, insomnia and low self -esteem.
Eucalyptus - Used as a decongestant for respiratory infections, sinus infection, sinus congestion, colds, coughs and bronchitis. Helps to relieve pain from rheumatoid and osteo arthritis. Massage with eucalyptus can relieve the pain of muscle strain.
Bergamot - Primarily used for its antiseptic properties, which in some cases are as effective as lavender. One of the most useful oils for helping with emotional balance. It's uplifting and opening without being too aggressive.
Patchouli - This fragrance is deep, warm, grounding and calming. It's the perfect remedy for eczema and dry, cracked skin. Helps to rejuvenate aging skin.
