Ater purchasing four visits at full price and of equal value, receive the

Family & Friend Referral Program
Use the referral card offered in your welcome pack and give it to a family member or friend. The person using the referral card will receive $5 off their first visit and you will receive a gift certificate for $5 off your next visit.
Discount gift certificates are valid for six (6) months.
Birthday Club
After your first visit your name will be included on a list to receive a gift certificate for your birthday. Birthday gift certificates are mailed out at
the beginning of each month. The value of the birthday gift certificate is $5 off a 30m. session and $10 off a 60m. or 90m. session.

Christmas Club
After your first visit your name will be included on a list to receive a
gift certificate for Christmas. Christmas gift certificates are mailed out
on the first of December. The value of the Christmas gift certificate is

Gift Certificate Information:
Gift certificate(s) can be mailed to the purchaser or recipient and will be indicated on the form below.
Gift certificates may also be held "will-call" in my office upon request, allowing the purchaser or recipient to pick it up.
Gift Certificates expire twelve (12) months from date of purchase and are
non-refundable.
Gift Certificates do not have a cash redemption value.
Gift certificates may be purchased for any of the following services:
Swedish Massage
Therapeutic Massage
Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy (60 & 90 minute only)
Prenatal Massage (30 & 60 minute only)
Reflexology (30 & 60 minute only)
The recipient/bearer of certificate may upgrade to a longer massage and only pay the difference.
The recipient/bearer of the gift certificate is required to make an appointment during regular business hours. The appointment and the massage session must be on a date prior to expiration of the gift certificate.

A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS NOT
REQUIRED IF USING A
CREDIT CARD.
All payments must be received 48hrs. prior to scheduled appointment time and date.
There will be no exceptions.
There are NO refunds for cancelled appointments. You may reschedule to the first available opening during regular business hours.
If you prepay for a massage session, your client rewards card will be credited at time of appointment.
If you have received a discount gift certificate from the massage therapist, you may NOT prepay for that particular session.
(This pertains to discount birthday gift certificates, discount christmas gift certificates, or discount "thank you" referral gift certificates sent to you by the massage therapist)
